Black Friday and Holiday Orders
  • • All orders placed from the 1st of November to the 25th of December are eligible for extended exchanges and returns.
  • • You will have until the 5th of January to start your exchange or return.
General
  • • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of the item(s)
  • • Returned items should be received back to us in the condition they were delivered, unworn and in the original packaging. Please ensure for any visors being returned that the protective visor film has not been removed
  • • Any items that have been customized are deemed unfit for return and will be denied
  • • Refunds will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method
  • • Please note the cost of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer
  • • Ruroc has the authority to deny any returns which our team deems as non returnable, in this instance the goods would be returned back to the sender
Exchanges
  • • Helmet doesn't fit perfectly? We offer exchange up to 14 days after delivery of the item(s).
  • • You can exchange your item(s) if you are unhappy with the design or if it does not fit correctly.
  • • Exchange orders will be dispatched by 12pm on the next working day in line with our outbound shipping guarantee.
  • • Exchanges are made subject to the availability of alternative goods and at the discretion of Ruroc.
  • • Only return items you wish to exchange. Remove any items which have been purchased separately before sending back to us (Shockwave, Pinlock, upgraded Visors / Lenses).
  • • Ruroc has the authority to deny any returns which our teams deem as non returnable, this would result in the exchange being denied and the goods being returned back to you.
  • • *Service levels may increase during peak trading periods such as Black Friday and over public holidays at our distribution centres.
Faulty / Defective Items
  • • In the unlikely event of you receiving defective or faulty goods please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@ruroc.com.
  • • Upon the confirmation of faulty / defective item(s), we will provide a return label covering the cost of the item(s).
Cancellations
  • • You can cancel your order at any time up until the point it is picked for dispatched. If the item is in stock this will happen immediately.
  • • If you wish to cancel your order after this time you will need to follow our return process.
  • • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
