Raw Carbon

The new AT4.0 full face motorcycle helmet brings back the illustrious Raw Carbon finish design of our second generation of helmets. The AT4.0 Raw Carbon motorcycle helmet shows off our T300 raw carbon fibre weave, showcasing the expertly hand-laid carbon weave encased in a clear matte coat. The all-new AT4.0 shell comes with huge improvements and new tech, it's our safest and comfiest helmet yet, rocking the impressive ECE 22.06 safety certification. The AT4.0 Raw Carbon motorbike helmet is one of the first helmets to hit the streets with this certification. The cheek pads and headliner of the AT4.0 Raw Carbon have been vigorously redesigned giving you a more comfortable and secure fit. The cheek pads feature multiple layers of multi-density foam that can be removed from the cheek pad, tailor-made moisture wicking fabric allowing for further customisation of the foam or removal before washing of the cheek pads. The headliner now features RHEON™ technology as it has strips of reactive polymers which run down between the headliner and the EPS. The reactive polymers work by reducing impact and rotational forces through their non-Newtonian fluid properties further increasing the safety of the AT4.0. The AT4.0 Raw Carbon motorbike helmet now has greater climate control than any AT before with open and close front and top vents giving you better control of the temperature inside your helmet in both hot and cold conditions. 

The AT4.0 is Ruroc's quietest motorcycle helmet ever but why not improve the functionality and entertainment and upgrade it to a Bluetooth motorcycle helmet with our Shockwave™ Bluetooth insert (sold separately). The AT Shockwave™ is easily installed with a seamless fit into the rear of your helmet. The AT Shockwave™ now has a 60% smaller mic and low-profile speakers that deliver high-quality audio with rich bass for 8 hours of playtime with a USB-C rechargeable battery.

The AT4.0 Raw Carbon can be transformed and customised with our wide range of helmet visors. We offer 7 additional coloured visors that are easily changeable with our quick release thumbscrews. The helmet comes with a pre-installed clear visor for road use and a secondary tinted visor for track use only. All our visors are compatible with Pinlock® inserts that can easily be installed for anti-fog protection (available separately).
