Our Crash Replacement service offers peace of mind by allowing you to replace your helmet at a 50% discount if it gets damaged in a crash or accident.

Terms and Conditions:

Discount Offer: Get 50% off any Ruroc motorcycle helmet.
Eligibility: Crash Replacement must be used within the warranty period of the helmet (3 years from the date of purchase).
Product Specific: Once Crash Replacement is purchased with a product, it is locked to that product and cannot be exchanged or modified.
Exclusions: Crash Replacement cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any promotions or offers - full RRP only.
Coverage: Crash Replacement only covers your helmet; Bluetooth audio, visors, and any other accessories are not covered.
Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order number from Ruroc must be provided to claim the Crash Replacement service. If requested, the product must be shipped back to us.
Non-Refundable: Crash Replacement is non-refundable unless Ruroc is unable to provide a replacement.
Availability: We cannot guarantee the original style you purchased will be available for the Crash Replacement service. Licensed products are subject to availability and licensing.
