3. Promotion Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is: Ruroc Limited (Registered Company Number 07450896) whose registered office is at: Unit 2 Barnett Way Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester, England, GL4 3RT, referred to in these Promotion Terms and Conditions as “Ruroc” or “Ruroc.com”, is responsible for the Promotion Discount Codes.
• These Promotion Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Promotion Discount Codes.
• The instructions on how you can redeem a Promotion Discount Code are included in the Promotion Information. Promotion Discount Codes are only valid for a limited period of time specified in thePromotion Information and they cannot be used outside that time period.
• These Promotion Discount Code Terms and Conditions are additional to the Ruroc.com website terms of use that will also apply to your purchase and use of any Ruroc products.
• To apply a Promotion Discount Code, you must enter it prior to completing the order of the Ruroc product where specified during the online checkout process. Promotion Discount Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders of Ruroc product. Promotion Discount Codes are only redeemable online at ruroc.com.
• Promotion Discount Codes are single use for you and non-transferable to another person. Where specified, a Promotion Discount Code may be used for more than one order of Ruroc product up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promotion Discount Code.
• Promotion Discount Codes may not be used in combination with any other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. The Promotion Discount Code has no cash value and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for it.
• Promotion Discount Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale, discounted or promotional items or to purchase any gift cards.
• If you return any Ruroc products purchased with a Promotion Discount Code, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item. You will need to provide Ruroc with a receipt of the transaction, and the receipts from any subsequent returns, in order to receive a cash refund.
• All orders of Ruroc product using a Promotion Discount Code are subject to availability of that Ruroc product.
• Improper use of the Promotion Discount Code by you, including but not limited to its publication or sale by you, is prohibited and it shall constitute a violation of these Promotion Discount Code Terms and Conditions and entitle us to stop you using or benefiting from any Promotion Discount Code.
• To the extent permissible by law, Ruroc shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promotion Discount Code.
• Ruroc reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend Promotion Discount Codes at any time, on reasonable written notice to you. However, if there are serious grounds for Ruroc to do so, then Ruroc may withdraw or amend the Promotion Discount Code without notice to you if it has a valid reason (e.g. in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity).
